data-step=\"Step 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Fare cuocere 10 minuti gli anacardi in acqua bollente.<br \/>\nFarli raffreddare e frullare.<br \/>\nAggiungere gli acidophilus e gli aromi.<br \/>\nMischiare.<br \/>\nUngere con un pennellino di silicone l\u00b4interno di una fuscella da formaggio e versarci la massa di anacardi gi\u00e1 insaporita.<br \/>\nPressarla leggermente, in modo che i bordi prendano un poco la classica forma a rete.<br \/>\nRicoprire il fondo con le erbe, poi rivoltarla e fare lo stello con la superficie dei bordi ed il top.<br \/>\nAlle erbe potete aggiungere ancora degli aromi se credete.<br \/>\nRimetterla nella forma ed in frigorifero per un paio di giorni.<br \/>\nRivoltarla come in foto, avendo cura di poggiarla su una retina in modo che possa sempre respirare e lasciarlo anche due settimane a stagionare.<br \/>\nControllare ogni giorno profumo, consistenza e l\u00b4eventuale formazione di muffe.<br \/>\nIn tal caso, non
